How to Use the Table:

1. Measure Your Wrist Circumference:
   To get an accurate bracelet fit, measure the circumference of your wrist using a soft tape measure or string. Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight. Record the measurement in millimeters (mm).

2. Match Wrist Circumference to Inner Diameter:
   Use the wrist circumference you’ve measured to find the corresponding inner diameter of the jade bracelet in the table. The inner diameter is the measurement of the bracelet’s interior, which determines how comfortably it fits over your hand and rests on your wrist.

3. Select the Appropriate Size:
   If your wrist circumference is within a certain range, choose the inner diameter that fits your measurement. For example, if your wrist circumference is 175mm, the inner diameter of 55mm or 56mm would be appropriate for a small to medium fit.

Example:

• If your wrist circumference is 180 mm, you would likely need an inner diameter of 56 mm, which is suitable for a medium fit.
• If your wrist circumference is 200 mm, you would need an inner diameter of 60 mm, which is suitable for a large fit.

Notes:

• Jade Bracelets: Jadeite bracelets are typically rigid and cannot be resized once made, so it's important to choose the correct inner diameter size to ensure the bracelet fits comfortably over your hand and sits nicely on your wrist.
• Comfort Fit: The bracelet should slide over your hand easily but fit securely around your wrist. If the bracelet is too tight, it may not fit over your hand; if it's too loose, it may not stay in place on your wrist.
